Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.

You must provide a proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Process

Contact us at info@ohbolly.com or via our Contact Form within 60 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return. -
Wait for Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. -
Ship the Item Back
Pack your item securely using the original packaging if possible.-
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Simply mention this in your return request, and we’ll reserve your preferred replacement item if available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
