Cancellation Policy

At ohbolly, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what to expect once you do.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind right after placing an order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any penalty.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ohbolly.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit. However, you may:

  • Refuse delivery upon arrival, or

  • Return the item after receiving it.

Please note: shipping fees and return postage may not be refundable once the item has been dispatched.

Pre-Order or Back-Order Items

For pre-ordered or back-ordered products, cancellations can be made at any time before the item ships. Once the product is shipped, the normal return process applies.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider first before reaching out to us.

Promotions or Discounts

Please note that orders placed during promotions, sales, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, due to inventory limitations.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email us at info@ohbolly.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

We’ll confirm your cancellation request within 1 business day.
